I am not aware of "Randall Audio" in the home audio equipment realm. There are Randall Amplifiers and Heads for guitars. Maybe he/she is a musician and there was a little confusion as to what it was being used for?
car audio wire has better insulation and it is more durable. You can use house audio wire but it wont sound as good. plus you want to prolly use bigger gage of wire if you are hooking up subs!
If you have a cable HD/Digital Box, you need to connect an audio cable( 2 male connectors on each end, likely red & white) from the audio-out on the cable box to the audio -in on your receiver. I had to figure out that too. That solved my problem, ho...
